Measure the Grounds
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of your blend to the upper chamber of the brass filter.

Press and Pour
Press the grounds flat. Pour hot, not boiling, water slowly and steadily.

Let It Drip
Allow the decoction to collect slowly. 15 to 20 minutes for the best results.

Combine and Heat
Mix 1 part decoction with 2 parts hot milk. Adjust to your perfect strength.
