Dispatch
Coffee is roasted and packed after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. We dispatch as soon as a batch is sealed and send tracking the moment it leaves us. Fresh-made items (Kunafa, Chocolate Mousse) are prepared to order and are available in select cold-chain delivery zones only.
Shipping charges
Orders of ₹499 and above ship free across India. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹49, shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery timelines
Metro cities: 2-4 working days from dispatch. Rest of India: 4-7 working days. Timelines are estimates and may vary with courier operations, weather, or festival load.
Order tracking

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will replace affected items or refund as per our Refund Policy.
