Products & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST (5% on coffee, 18% on chocolates and specialty items). We may revise prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. Product images are representative; minor variations in handcrafted items are natural.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud - with a full refund in all such cases.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
Allergens & food safety
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, tree nuts, wheat, and eggs. Allergen information is listed on each product page. Perishable items must be refrigerated on receipt and consumed within the stated window.

All content on this site, the 7BC name, logo, photography, and copy, is the property of Surartha LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
