What we collect
When you place an order or submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Your cart is stored locally in your browser. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or banking details are entered directly with Razorpay and never touch our servers. We store only the payment reference needed to fulfil and support your order.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, and send order updates
- To respond to franchise, B2B, and contact enquiries
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed, unsubscribe anytime
Data retention & security
Order records are retained as required for accounting and GST compliance under Indian law. Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to authorised personnel.
